1. About the service

Mova is a movement preparation application for CrossFit, HYROX and functional fitness, available on Android via Google Play and as a web app at app.mova-training.app. It is published by Théry Persyn. By using the application, you accept these terms.

2. Access to the service

Mova offers two access levels:

• Free: access to the Daily Flow (7 sessions)
• Premium: access to all sessions (all categories and durations)

Premium access requires creating an account and taking out a subscription.

3. Subscription and payment

Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. Payment is processed by our payment provider Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing, VAT and payment-related customer service.

Prices are displayed in the application including VAT. Our provider may collect the applicable VAT based on your country of residence.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from the Settings section of the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep Premium access until that date.

5. Refunds

In accordance with our payment provider's policy and applicable regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after your first purchase. After this period, no refund is granted for the current period. For any request, contact: contact@wod-open.com

6. Acceptable use

The application is intended for personal use. You may not:

• Share or resell your Premium access
• Reproduce or redistribute the application's content
• Attempt to circumvent content protection mechanisms

7. Content and health

The sessions offered are for informational and sporting purposes. They do not replace medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting an exercise program if you have any doubt about your physical condition.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep the application continuously available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may be carried out without notice.

9. Intellectual property

All content in the application (sessions, exercises, texts, images) is the property of Mova or its partners and is protected by copyright.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you in the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
